Style Notes
10RM, -5%, -10% = Work up to a 10-rep max load for one set. Then decrease the weight 5% for another set of ten. Decrease the weight another 5% for the third set.
AHAP = As hard as possible

Forget Kendrick Farris! Anyone know what the hell Benedikt Magnusson is doing?
I remember reading that Benni is EXTREMELY fond of combing a deadlift with extra reps from a block. Basically he pulls a heavy deadlift from the floor, then someone comes and sticks a block in front of him and then he does partial pulls of that. I guess this is equivalent to the board-press type stuff a lot of powerlifters use.
