    It looks just fine sir. I'd like to see you maintain low back extension a bit stronger, but I'm nitpicking, because your extension is pretty good. I'd like to see something a bit heavier to see if your form breaks down a tad.

    No - chest up doesn't set the low back, its sets the mid/upper back. Low back is just being aware of putting your low back in extension and holding it there. Go heavier and post another video.
