Just repeat your last workout on Friday.
Hey rip I know this is unexceptable, so I wont make any excuses besides work screwed me. So im running SS this was my 10th week. last workout friday was squat 255x5x3, press 140x5x3, with back ext. and chins for 9,8,8. Im 24 and I weigh 201 at 5'11.
So I shoulda hit monday with 260x5x3 squat and 225x5x3 bench but missed it due to work and missed wed for same. Im in HVAC and we are having a heat wave.
I should also mention I usually use wed as a light squat day starting 2 weeks ago because I simply wasnt recovering fast enough to hit a 5 lb PR 3 times a week. since adding that light day fridays workouts have greatly improved. so my question is, should I still repeat my last workout say from last friday or perform mondays workout on friday? thanks man keep up the great work!

It's a good thing you asked. If you'd tried to do Mondays workout your legs would of fallen off.
