DirkLance Log: Fluffy and weak to Fluffy and less weak
Thought I'd try this log stuff to keep track of progress. I use Fitocracy already but it's quite difficult to check back over recent trends. Currently running a HLM and walking around at a very sensible 5'6 88kg. My deadlift stinks and is too close to my squat; let's see how this goes.
Heavy day
Squat 140kgx3x5 (5, 5, 5)
Bench Press 97.5kgx3x5 (4, 4, 4)
Chin up Weighted 11.25kg (5, 4, 4)
Chin up BW (8, 8)
Eat and rest. Light day on Thursday.

Forgot to log on thursday. So, Thursday:
Light Day
Squat 105x2x5 (5, 5) - Disgustingly easy. I suppose light day is supposed to be though.
Press 57.5x3x5 (5, 5, 5) - Moved over to the olympic press which is taking some getting used to. I sort of wonder how i did it before now.
Power clean 57.5x3x3 (3, 2, 2)
Saturday is medium day.
Medium Day
Squat 120x3x5 (5, 5, 5) - Still felt ridiciulously easy.
Close grip bench press 90x3x5 (5, 5, 5) - Felt hard but it's quite close to my regular bench, not sure if this should be right.
Deadlift 160x2x3 (3, 3) - Been reading a lot more, used the active cue of pulling the bar back and up with the lats which seemed to help a lot!

Tuesday Heavy day:
Squat 142.5kgx3x5 (5, 5, 5) Easy.
Bench 100x3x3 (3, 3, 3) Bar rolling, but made it.
Weighted Chins 11.25kg (5, 5, 5, 5) Happy.
