The only bad effects would be from missing your training, so you do what you need to do to get it done. You're doing fine.

I am a shift worker. I do 3 on 4 off and 4 on 3 off alternating weeks with 6am to 6pm and 6 pm to 6am. Its hard to maintain my lifts on the correct days. I like monday-wednesday-friday. Im ok going tuesday-thursday-saturday, but even this has issues.
Sometimes I have to skip a day and go monday-wednesday-saturday because I dont have time to complete a full so i go the next day.
I have a set up at work with oly weights and a bench but no rack, So my question is..Is it ok on days that I get off midnites to squat and press at home and deadlift/clean/bench at work sometime later in the day. Is there any bad effects from this? Or is it better to just skip the day and make it up the next.
