Hello everyone!
I have been struggling a lot with my squats for a while, and have had to reset several times as my form seems to gradually become worse as the weight increase. On my last workout I lowered the weight from 250 to 225, but think I will need to reset a lot more to get this under control.
I started LP @ 135, and I just did a video doing 135 again where I feel I have control over my back angle, knees and depth. I was hoping anyone could confirm my form is ok on this set, or point out any additional issues I知 not aware of at this point that could be fu**ing up everything when it gets heavier. My problem as the weight increase is mainly increasing knee slide and knees moving in at the bottom/start of ascent, too upright back and insufficient depth. Basically I feel I知 compensating the added weight with shitty form instead of getting stronger and doing proper reps.
I知 also using a Tubow for my warmups.
Btw squats are the only lift I知 not progressing in at this point. As stupid as it is I知 now able to bench way more than I can squat with good form.
And yes, I have read the book (initially and again several times the last weeks) hoping I could sort out my issues on my own.
Any feedback highly appreciated!
Here is the video where I have deloaded all the way back to start:
