Hey Mark,
I recently began the SS program and I'm on my 5th session. I was hoping you'd be able to give me some tips on my form. I noticed I lift my head up sometimes during the lift after watching this so I plan on working on that. Let me know if you find anything.
I also wanted to say thanks in general, I've gained 9 pounds in less than two weeks, and went from eating <2000 calories a day to around 6,000. No noticeable gains of body fat either. My squat has gone up 40 pounds thus far, can't wait to see where I'll be at in a few weeks.
I'm 5' 11 and weigh 173 pounds.

Knees out more will get you the little bit deeper you need to be.
