    Default Squat form check

    • starting strength seminar december 2024
    • starting strength seminar february 2025
    27 year old male with some kyphposis. Back on the program from before. Been doing it for a monthish. Not my best set ever. Think there are some hip drive problems, but not sure. Need advice.

    Anyways 275 x 5.

    Not bad. Don't arch your back so much. Lean over more and point your chest at the ground.
