Hey Fortech, those are some pretty decent weights to start off with, well done for making the right decision to ditch the machines and do SS. It will make you a beast
Now that you are starting to near BW, squats might be a bit hard and as you mentioned, form might decide to go to crap so I reckon you should maybe video yourself from a side angle at least for your own benefit to see you're not running into the path of injury. Just my 2 cents.
