    This refers to Figure 3-12 in SS3 press chapter.

    If someone has long forearms, like the B picture, are they generally unable to hold the bar properly for front squats or to rack the bar for cleans? Will it require incredible wrist flexibility?

    My forearms are longer than my humeras, I rack cleans fine and hold frontsquats fine too

    Is the bar just in your fingertips then?

    In my fingers, bar on front delts leaves elbows straight down. I'm like the guy in that pic, except the bar is higher (over my chin).

    Grip the bar wide, keep your elbows up and in. The ability to externally rotate your shoulders will be the limiting factor in how far you must open your hands.
