    • starting strength seminar october 2024
    • starting strength seminar december 2024
    Does anyone here train at one of these gyms? One opened up 10 minutes from me and I am interested in checking it out.

    There is (was) one down the street from me. It was firmly focused on training kids like nfl athletes and went under pretty quick. Its still there but its under a different name and you have to be trained by someone.
