Hi All

I started SS with a second hand 25mm bar and a lot of 2.5lb 5lb 10lb plates. I've since bought somwe good stuff and was about to get rid of this lot, but watched Rips video on dumbells.

Does anyone know where you can get the inner sleeves that has been used for his dumbells. I could make a whole set of dumbells with all the small plates I have.
