I am selling a pair of US size 11.5, 2012 Rouge do wins (bit big) and also waist size 32" Rouge fight shorts, TO UK CUSTOMERS ONLY!

I will update you on the price, when I calculate how much it cost me shipping/custom charge wise etc. They are brand new I just got them today.

You are probably thinking why don't you return/exchange it, well it will work out too much (I will have to pay the shipping both ways to and from the US) and I will get hit with custom charges again so I can't be assed with that hassle).

I don't mind collection or postage.

Fair enough I didn't put much detail as I wrote it in a rush, sorry, I am going to update the specific later.

I am a size UK 11 generally for trainers etc, so Rouge said order a 11.5US but you want them to be snug, and this had at least 0.25-0.5 inch of wiggle room.

As for the title what do you recommend then?

I looked around on the net but I can't find the net heel height for these, I wanted something along the lines of 0.5-0.75inch net heel height, as I am flexible enough to get deep in the squat but at the expense of losing lumbar tightness so I just need a tad of heel so I can maintain a tighter back when deep, nothing major. Plus I need to get rid of these ones first if I don't sell them, I'll either return it to Rogue or wear big thick socks lol to fill them out. xD
