I'm entering my first meet in roughly 11 weeks, and although I've for the most part always trained by feel, and also since I'm just coming off a deload and starting up again tomorrow, I wanted to see if anyone had any advice for a program that can help me prep for my meet.

I was looking at maybe running 3 Sheiko cycles with the third one being #32 which is a meet prep cycle.

My lifts for now are:

S - 270kg/595lbs
B - 148kg/326lbs (crap, I know)
D - 295kg/650lbs

I like Sheiko because it fits in with my training 3x a week routine and from the reading up I've done, it generally works well, if you can survive the workouts
