    Hello
How should I proceed in training?

    Training today LP

    45 years
    Weight 238
    Length 6.1

    Current 5 reps training max
    Squat 320
    Bench press 275
    press 165
    Marklyft 407

Will drive LP as long as I get stronger, but I'm approaching the end of Lp.

The goal is to continue to increase in strength and put on me more muscle mass and maybe lose some fat. 3 or 4 training events per week work well for me

    Which program should I choose?
Garage Herro VS Strength & Mass after 40 or The KSC Method for RAW Power Lifting?

    Thankful for guidance,

    Hi Andy,

The link works, but if you click on blog this article and your latest bench article couldn't be found.

    Many thanks Andy Baker.
Now I think that I understand how the idea is with your programs. Listen to experienced coaches to create a prerequisite for development. Will buy the programs of you during the weekend. The focus will be on SM40 and GGW and a few cycles of The KSC Method for Power Building.

Yeah, thanks. I noticed that too. I'll dig around on the inside and see if I can find out what's up.

I assume for someone currently reducing their body weight the SM40 program would be the recommended starting point ?

I kinda like HLM for weight cuts, which would be the GGW program or any other HLM program you can put together for yourself
