    Overall quite good. Looked light. My two comments are minor. You drop your butt just a little too far and nudge the bar forward slightly. Most obvious on the last rep. Related to that, work to drag the bar all the way up the legs. Keep in contact for the duration of the rep. Nice lifting.

    Thanks Tom. Yeah, nudging the bar forward when I set my lats has been a problem I'm trying to improve on. I'll work on that along with your other pointers. Thanks again for taking the time.

    Don't think about setting your lats. Instead, once your shins touch the bar, focus on keeping your hips right where they are and getting your back into extension.
