    Default I Need Some Help

When I started lifting I started with SS, then after my squats stalled I went to the Grayskull LP, I stalled just five pounds higher. Afterward I switched to the Bear. And on my workout today I stalled the first set of Deadlift's. My starting goals were to get in shape with a mix of speed and strength, mostly strength. But I am having a lot of trouble with gaining weight.

Any advice for an Emaciated Freak?

Please put weights and a timeline on that description...

the short answer is... eat food. Seriously. I've gained 60lbs since I started. It takes HARD training in the kitchen. Eat beef, lots of it, and drink milk. Find a burger recipe that makes your mouth water and eat burgers a few times/wk.

Are you full right now? If the answer is "no" go eat food. After that and every 30 minutes thereafter for the rest of your skinny life ask yourself that question. If you are not uncomfortably full, go eat food. This is how I went from 148 to 208.

I suspect that you aren't eating enough.

My suspicion is based on the fact that you are, apparently, emaciated. What food do you eat?

I think you meant "aren't" and that last question is not relevent... he needs more meat and milk, regardless of his current intake.

I wonder if TEF was eating enough in the first place.

TEF, if you're still emaciated, maybe you should get on the food and restart your LP on SS. If you weren't eating, you weren't DTP, and prolly have plenty of gains to make without fuggin' wit' Das Programme.

    - what do you weigh?
    - how tall are you?
    - how old are you?
    - male or female?
    - how long have you been lifting?
    - how many calories per day are you eating?
    - how much sleep are you getting?
    - what are your current 3 sets 5 lift numbers?

answer these and we can help you.

I weigh 142 lbs. I'm 5 foot 7. 15 years old. Male. I believe since July last year. I don't know how many calories but I will start countin' them. I'm getting between 6 and 8 hours of sleep a night. For the last question would that be my max?
