After Starting strenght
I did SS for a couple of months and got amazing results.
I think i'm going to try the 20 rep squat program widowmaker style next.
I was thinking something like this :
1. Pull ups twenty pull ups challenge routine
2. Bench 5x5
3. Squat 1x20
4. Pendlay row 5x5
5. Military press 5x5
6. Bicep curl 3x8-12 B)
What do u guys think ?
