Strength with emphasis on hypertrophy
Running 531 BBB template 4th cycle, feel like I have some linear progression left in me but still wanna grow and look like I lift. Any ideas (Sheiko, Texas method, etc.)? Thanks.
Stats:
5'6" tall
190 lbs ~17%bf
Squat 320x5
Deadlift 405x5
OHP 135x5
Bench press 230x5

Well, l always recommend letting the LP run its course since it will get you bigger and stronger at the fastest rate possible. After that, 531 is fine.
