    Hey Andy,
    is there any point using triples and singles in addition to fives to get stronger at chinups for someone who can already do 15 unweighted chinups?

    Yes, they will make you stronger. I like singles and doubles across with heavy weights for chins. I use them all the time with grapplers and MMA guys.

    Andy, how would you fit heavy doubles and triples into a classic 3 day TM schedule? have them at the end of the heavy day?

    For grapplers and MMA guys I put them first in the workout. Before squats.
