As a result of my other post about pain from curling, I thought it'd be an interesting question to ask:

How much have you strict curled? It can be from dumbbells or barbells, just make sure to list which and how much they weighed.

    Preferably very little leanback.

We talking up against a wall or how are you defining strict curl ? Like in a competition or honor system ?

I'm no stranger to 135 for reps with pretty strict form. I've been up as much as 155 but not recent

I recently did 135 for 3x5 with what I would consider the strictest form one would expect from free-standing curls. Sometimes I feel like my abs and back get as much, or more, of a workout than my arms because of all the effort I put into stabilization.

Honor system. I figure as long as the weight gets up without leanback or momentum or any sort, it's a strict curl. Even if the bar gets closer to the body mid-rep.
