330 for 2x2 with good sleep . . .and rest plenty between the doubles.
Then next week 335 for 4 or 5 singles.
Then next week try 310 for a x5 . . .or at the very least a x4 (you did 320 for 2x3)
My last successful squat 5RM was 305. I got 310, 315, and 320 for two triples. Today I hit 325 and no way in hell was I getting a triple out of it. I wound up doing three doubles...barely. I only got 4 hours of sleep last night so it's possible I could have made my triples again if I had a full 7-8 hours of sleep, but I gotta pay the bills.
What shall I do from here? I thought about resetting back to 305 and trying to run a 5RM again for as long as I can, but am not sure if there's a better idea.
I'm a 27yoa male, 5'11", ~210 lbs. I've never been overly athletic and nothing in my life is ideal (sleep, eat, etc) so I'm having to do the best I can with what I have. My last form check was 315x3x2 and there wasn't anything majorly wrong with it. Only criticism I got in the coaches Q&A was to cut off the depth a tad bit.
Any input is welcome.

the book says to do 2x2 for as long as you possibly can before switching to singles. also, did you trim the volume day a bit on your first week of triples?
I would keep doing doubles until you cant anymore...and that might only be a week or two which is fine. Then drop to 5 singles and run them out as long as you can. After that, reset to fives with a little bit of a deload. I made the stupid mistake of running fives for five months on TM, then got frustrated because I started getting really stuck. Switched programs like an idiot and I have made almost no progress in four months. A quick review of PP showed that I should have simply done what you started to do...drop to triples and keep progressing, then doubles and singles. I'm switching back to TM starting tomorrow with ID. Sucks that I have lost some progress but glad that I feel I am returning to what I think will work well.
Sounds like a plan. I'm a little disappointed with my numbers being so low and already exhausting my triples. I see people on here doing more weight 3x5 on novice LP/advanced novice and it's so frustrating...
Best of luck on your TM run again. Even though my numbers are relatively low, I've made some good progress since I started last year.
Cut volume weight by 5%. Stay with 5x5
just my two cents:
you probably need to gain some weight. I'm a bit older but about the same height. Mark suggested that guys our height should weigh between 240-250 to maximize their potential. That may or may not seem like a lot of weight gain to you.
My experience has been that if I am gaining weight my lifts are going up steadily and if I am not gaining weight I start to stall. In Jordan's forum he mentioned that you can get stronger without gain more bodyweight IF your levers are appropriate. South of 240 our levers suck.
We can probably get stronger without gaining bodyweight once we weigh 240 but before then it is either gain weight or stay weak.
240-250 isn't happening. I'm not willing to get much more fluffy than I already am just to add weight to the bar. If progress stays slow then it'll stay slow, but 240 isn't happening.
