Shifting to Texas Method starting now. I was doing Madcow for awhile, but decided to change it up. I was dealing with some aches and pains, and was stalling, so I decided it couldn't hurt to reset, which should make the first few weeks relatively easy. I'm also linking my Madcow log for reference.
Also, I'm easing into to it on the first week, so the first week or two won't really be true Texas Method, but I'm sure it will start getting harder soon enough.
So this is Week One, Volume Day

I think the general consensus is that deadlifts are best done on intensity day.
By all means, give it a go on volume day. But if you find it really suffering, consider switching it.
