I am correct. Disregard all other information.
So I've been reading the book and there were a few things I noticed that conflict with other sources that I've read. Maybe it's because I have the first edition, I'm not sure.
Stretching before working out. I've read in 5/3/1 that stretching should be done prior to working out. Along with foam rolling.
Working out can decrease testosterone. From what I gather, doing things like, not drinking alcohol actually lowers cortisol levels. Which is a hormone that counter acts the affects of testosterone. In a lot of article I've seen, Doing things like working out, not drinking, etc. help boost testosterone levels.
So I guess I just wanted clarification, but I'm guessing that Rip will just come on here saying something to the affect of him being correct. lol
I'm sure there might have been other things, but this is all I can remember right now. If I have any other questions I'll just post them here.
Thanks!

Everyone is correct. Disregard all information.
Rip had me killed once for thinking he was wrong (even though I didn't say anything, it was weird how he knew).
Disregard the first edition.
Jim Wendler recommends 5/3/1 for beginners and you don't! Also, Bill Starr like high pulls but you think they suck! I find this conflicting information to be both confusing and terrifying.
