Snatches?
Hi
I've just started an upper lower split
Day 1
5x5 bench
5x10 press
5 sets chins
Day 2
5x5 Squats
5x3 powercleans
5x10 RDL
rest day 3
Day 4
5x5 press
5x10 bench
5 sets pullups
Day 5
5x10 squats
1x5 deadlift
rest day 6 & 7
Do you think I could at some snatches to day 4 (maybe 5x3) or would the workload be too high with the deadlifts? If so should I do them before or after the deadlifts?

On this split, I would probably put the snatches on day 5. Snatch 5 sets as a warm up for deadlifts. then deadlift, then squat.
