    Default Squat Form check - 1x5 at 225 lbs

    Here are the videos I shot yesterday. After I shot them I realized that the angle showing my back would have been better if I had faced the opposite direction when doing the exercise. Now you can't see my back clearly.


    I'll shoot a video again on Friday and face the opposite direction.

    Does my form need a major overhaul? Yes, I know about the shoes - I will be getting the right shoes very soon.

    The warmups were a bit high. Work set was okay except for the last 2, which got a little shallow. Form is basically okay, but you could stand to read the part in BBT about the Terribly Useful Block of Wood, and its relationship to knee movement.

    Thanks Coach. I guess I just need to make sure I am going deep enough and not move my knees too far forward.
