    Your comments were knees out, head down, and focus on hip drive.

    I've gotten better with head down and believe I can now feel what hip drive is and is not. Not sure if my knees are out enough. Depth looks just below parallel to me but should I go a bit deeper?

    Those look decent. You really kicked your head back on the last one, but I think you know that already. They are ID squats, after all, and they rarely are perfect. I suspect you need to still drive your knees out more initially, although it is hard to tell from the video.

    Thanks Tom. Head wants to pop up and butt wants to shoot back when it gets heavy. Just have to stay more focused to control it. Same with knees out. I can tell I am going to be able to move more weight just by virtue of better form once your form tips become second nature. Thanks!
