Squat form check, 230 x 5
Gentlemen,
Another form check please, on a set of 5 at 230 lbs, 5'8"@175 bodyweight. I notice my form changes a bit from rep to rep, which I am sure is not quite right:

Can't see much due to camera set up. However, squats are a little deep, chin needs to be lowered,elbows need to be higher to create a little more tension in the thoracic spine. Your hip drive could be a little more pronounced - though again hard to tell due to the box or whatever that is blocking the camera.
