    psoas muscle is important part of sprint for raise leg quickly.

    Your opinion,What is best exercise for psoas muscle? how to strength that?except sprint drills.

    Yeah, apparently it's a limiting factor for sprinting top speed. How does one train the psosas for power?

    This raising of the thigh, or in other words flexing the hip, is coached in conventional sprint mechanics. However, those with a much better understanding than I in this matter say that this is a useless coaching point.

    Focusing on flexing the hip is wasted motion and energy, but I digress.

    isolate or not i want to strengthen that for sprint.

    I want to strengthen functional inner muscle for sprint.

    J, please explain how that explains anything. And the OP is not being helpful either. I have explained on this board for about two years that I think isolation exercises don't accomplish anything, and why I think so.

    Now, is there anything else?
