I stumbled on the Crossfit games yesterday and was very impressed by the women competitors. These pictures are of my TV from an event where they do squat cleans, which is a clean with a full below parallel squat. There were bars set up with weights from 185 lbs to 225 lbs. The first competitor to lift all with good form won.
This is the winner at 225 lbs
Her next try was good
My favorite. Is this a full body workout or what?
Even though that was a shitshow of a rep, and an even worse judging call...let's be fair and point out the monster pulls that were there...
Sam Dancer Pulling 655
Ayo Anise pulling 445
If the timestamped videos don't work the lifts are around 01:02:10 and 01:08:03

The 655 was an ugly hitch that wouldn't have been passed at any powerlifting meet. How the hell hard is it to judge a deadlift?
Hitching isn't against the rules in crossfit. So you can't compare that 655 to a 655 in a powerlifting meet. But you also can't compare a 655 with a deadlift bar against a 655 on a stiff bar based on different powerlifting fed rules either. So everything is a mess everywhere.
