Monday [High Volume/Moderate Intensity]
Squat 5X5
Bench Press 5X5
Bentover BB Row 3x8
Chin ups 3x12 weighted
20 mins of HITT later in the day
Wednesday [Low Volume/Low Intensity]
Front Squat 3X3
Press 3X3
Back Extension/GHR 5x10 weighted
dips 3x8
20 mins of HITT later in the day
Friday [Low Volume/High Intensity]
Squat 1x5
Bench Press 1x5
Deadlift 1x5
Chins
20 mins of HITT later in the day
will be doing 45 mins of really low intensity cardio on rest days like speed walking, stair climber, slow biking

I have in before i did the program and now i just started again...I have to say it makes me feel all sorts of good in my calves with my vibrams.
you will be alternating your bench and press, correct?
