    Hi Coaches,

here is my squat at 285lbs (129,27kg)

My last form check was at 112kg

The belt feels much better now that I broke it in and hitting depth is no longer a problem. Any suggestions?

    Tom

    Tom,

    Nice job. 3 suggestions:

    1. Cut Depth by about an inch, deeper than necessary and you are relaxing a little bit to hit that depth.
    2. Add weight to the bar.
    3. Get the gym owner to change the music.

    Hi Mac,

    Thanks,

    1. that's refreshing to hear, thou I'm anxious to cut too much. But video will tell.
    2. obviously. 5lbs every time I do heavy squats. Currently once per week. I hit the gym twice a week and AB heavy squats and deadlifts.
    3. It's the worst! But the gym/equipment is superb!
