Squat programming modification in SS
Hi,
I've been doing SS for 3 and half months.
In last session, I was able to squat 5 reps of 2 sets with 140kg, and I couldn't take anymore. I had to do the other set after other workouts.
Also, I feel that 3 set of 5 reps interfere with other workouts. I'm also doing front squats in the middle day (I decide not to do anymore coz they interfere with my form).
I am not sore in the next day, but I am unable to progress so quickly and three heaviest sets with 5 reps INTERFERES WITH MY FORM. I just can't keep good form in the last set.
I need a hell lotta rest for squatting.
I want to just change the squat programming and keep the rest of the program unchanged, because they haven't progressed as smoothly as squat.
Modifications could be less reps, weekly progress, or whatever.
What do you recommend?
