    Hey Rip,
I have read about stance in the book, it's individual and varies with anthropometry and other factors. How do we know that stance is correct?
I am 5' 11'' with short torso and with the suggested stance I have troubles reaching depth (have to use a slower eccentric and experience some asymmetry).
Do you usually see this on trainees that have same as mine anthropometry? How wider do you have them going?

Post a video in the Technique forum, and your stance will be evaluated. Your verbal description here is inadequate for diagnosis.

Funny. He already posted a question down in the staff forum and got a similar reply.

Quad is very dense. He and Kregna are similar in density.

You're not a bad kid, quad. Your questions are just lazy. Reminds me of myself long ago.
