he didn't agree and i asked him when he would advise on doing shallow squats
the examples he gave was when the movement was specific to the athlete. For example a football player crouched in the quarter squat position adding that whilst full squats would also benefit the player, quarter squats would allow the individual to use more weight without form breaking down.
What do you think? Movement specific or get down in the hole?
