Went for 5x155.5 kg - 153 had not been a problem - 1st and 2nd rep felt good but suddenly on the 3rd I just became STUCK to such a degree i had to let the weight go. I have the world's reddest back and a hurt pride. Good thing is it's still a 2 rep PR...
Got a 3 rep PR for bench at 118 kg afterwards, so it wasn't the worst day. Never is when I get to lift.

I'm 6.6 weighing 104-5 kg dry weight.
I got a couple of spotters, helped a lot, knowing that if it happened again they'd pick me up. Also, I made very sure to be well fed before training.
It didn't feel heavy this time.
I had been thinking a lot about it during the week.
