    What is your experience with the weight you can complete bench press SETS (not singles) with using paused versus touch-and-go?

    If I can double it touch n go I can pause it.

    What about a set of 3-5 reps paused vs a set of 3-5 tng?

    3-5 reps is a little less than a 5% difference

    TnG is 15-20lbs more. If I straight up bounce it pretty hard then it is more like 30-35.

    I haven't honestly noticed much difference. If I can touch-and-go it, I can pause it. So far, at least.

    Same. I seem to always beat my touch and go PR's in competition paused.
