What about a set of 3-5 reps paused vs a set of 3-5 tng?
TnG is 15-20lbs more. If I straight up bounce it pretty hard then it is more like 30-35.
I haven't honestly noticed much difference. If I can touch-and-go it, I can pause it. So far, at least.
