Low Bar Squat foot placement..(Pic included)
Squat.jpgThis is a pic of me low bar squatting 135 lbs. When i squat i push my butt back to generate a hip drive and usually the bar path goes vertical (up & down). The only problem is I found myself leaned too far forward before i squat and the weight shifted to toes...What can i do?? Should I place my foot more forward????

Stand up straight? Is the camera at an EXACT 90 degree angle? If you had 405 on the bar would you be standing that way? If it's vertical throughout the squat, I would continue to train...
A still picture is a moment in time, a snapshot, and a poor indicator of anything other than what the camera sensor picked up at that moment.
