Cramp or pulled hamstring?
Last night I struggled to finish my first working set. I got my last of 5 reps up, but it took lots of fortitude. After racking the bar, I headed to the water fountain and after about covering a distance of 30 feet, my left hamstring went from aching to full blown pain.
After giving it 10 minutes to rest, it still hurt like a mother fucker, so I just skipped my other 2 sets and went on to presses and on home. I iced the hell out of it, but even this evening it still remains pretty sore, much like DOMS
I've pulled muscles before, and usually, it comes on right in the middle of the lift, not following a set.
Does this sound like a cramp or a minor pull?

Cramps tend to go away and Ive never had a cramp specially in my hamstring that allowed me to do pther stuff those and quad cramps are extremely painful atleast mine were.....ive been to the hospital a few times for full body cramps though
