Anyone else gets it? What is the reason? Is there any chance of doing weighted chinups without pain?

Its probably bicep tendonitis. But just to make sure...where is the pain?

It's around my medial epicondyle, feels like golfer's elbow; like the kind of pain you get when you squat with your elbows under the bar instead of "up".

    Do pull-ups bother it?

    No, just chins.

Pain on weighted chins is not uncommon, especially if you go from unweighted to something like 25 pounds with no build up. How did you load these? Do you do weighted pullups, too?

I had always done weighted chins in the 5-8 rep range but I recently introduced doubles, last workout I did 3 doubles with 90 lbs.
I do bw pullups on a separate day, 15ish reps per set.
