I currently train using Adidas Ironwork 3 shoes, which have an effective heel height of 1 inch. Sometimes I feel like this may be just a little bit high for me, using the SS model of the lifts.

I am considering switching to a shoe with a 0.75 inch heel (possibly the Adipowers - assuming they do have an effective heel height of 0.75 inches).

Has anyone undergone a similar change and noticed much difference? Just wondering before I spend money.
