    Default Power lunch 5/3/1 3X3 WEEK

    • starting strength seminar december 2024
    • starting strength seminar february 2025
    • starting strength seminar april 2025
    currently doing some 5/3/1 on lunch break have been doing it for at least six weeks. I really Like 5/3/1 Programming for someone who has to knock it out on lunch.

    I think I will just keep a log here
