cissus quadrangularis
Many of the older lifters at my gym are taking it, for years and all say they now couldnt lift without it in their 50's.
Do you rate it? Scientific studies behind it seem pretty scarse and the ones ive had read, havent really given me the answers im looking for.

I think it can be useful in folks, same with glucosamine/chondroitin sulfate (the sulfate chelator is important based on what I've read).
