I alternate deadlift and power clean so I do each one one time per week. I'm using linear progression right now. I do the SS recommended set/rep scheme, working up to five sets of three. I am not trying to gain mass at this time. Hope this helps.

What level of trainee is she and what are her goals?
However, as a general answer, 1-3 reps for the O-lifts is a good rule of thumb.

Power cleans once a week.
5 X 3 worksets

She's a novice, and she wants to get stronger but not bigger.

Unless she is taking anabolics, this is not something to worry about.
I'm doing LP too - 3x3.
Power cleans are not known for putting on a lot of mass.
