    Basic weight room organization requires that the plates be organized off the floor – on the plate racks. This may sound like a picky detail insisted upon by clean freaks, but I assure you it is a very practical issue that should be paid attention to.

    I know, but someone isn’t doing hip thrusters or Turkish get ups in the only squat rack every fucking time I go. And they will let me use liquid chalk. And everyone is wearing headphones, so nobody is intimidated by me dropping a 405 deadlift.

    While using a gym at a hotel earlier this year I had some vegan looking creature start doing T. rex rows in my rack while I was squatting. I’m so glad to have a home gym for day to day.

    I hate those hip thrust things. Usually they mean the person occupies a bar, a bench, and a rack to do an exercise of minimal usefulness.
