A little deep on the first rep - control the descent better, getting tighter as you descend. Bounce off the tightness. On the ascent, you give up on hip drive and lift your chest. Concentrate on driving your hips up all the way to the top - forget about everything else, which will take care of itself. DRIVE HIPS UP TO LOCKOUT.

    Are these any better?

I tried keeping my upper back tight and resisting the urge to lift my chest. 1st rep is okay, but things fall apart by the 5th.

A little, but watch the last rep - your hips stop moving up when you lift your chest, and the rep starts to slow. Forget about standing up. That part will happen pretty definitely. Focus on driving your hips all the way to the top. And bend over more right from the start.
