    Hello SS coaches, just wanted to see how my press technique looks, this was my last set of 5 at 120 lbs.

    PS, sorry about the rack in the way, gym was kinda crowded so this was about the only place I could get a decent shot.

    Looks like you need to bring your elbows in towards your torso – we call this "tight armpits". This might be extend little too much, and your grip might be a touch too wide. Hard to tell on the grip from this distance/angle. Quit throwing your head so far forward. You should be standing normally at the top of the rep, with the bar oriented over the shoulder joint, and your head an anatomically normal position.
