I have a question about a missed training day. I missed the 3rd workout the the week yesterday, is it bad if I do it today to make it up, but then I wont have the 2 days of rest for starting the next week.

How advanced are you? If your doing basic SS then as long as you have a day in between you should be fine. For the first month, I found I could go to the gym two days in a row and still up the poundages, but once the weight got a lil challenging, I needed that days rest.
