    Default Spinal Hyperextension

    I notice that a lot of the exercises you teach cause sevree lumbar hyperextension. The back arch during the bench press is an example, and so is too much extension of the lower back during squats so that the butt can sit back. I've been on the stretcher for 3 weeks now because of practicing form that I thought was safe (avoiding flexion of any part of my spine). Isnt something wrong here? Isn't this bad?

    A LOT of the (five main) exercises I teach cause SEVERE SPINAL HYPEREXTENSION? What book are you reading??
