Power clean critique - video
Dear Mark,
If you have a chance, I would be grateful if you could comment on my power clean.

I have recently started training power cleans. I have had a bit of Crossfit instruction and studied the chapter in Starting Strength.
I am trying to put all the different elements together but as soon as I get one thing sorted, something else seems to go awry. My head is kind of exploding....

You are not touching your thighs at the jumping position. Looks to me like you're touching just above the knees, which is too low to start the jump.
